About two months ago Amazon customer service emailed me and asked if I wanted to partake in a 1-day special promotion for my first 4 books (I have 9 released) …. they said that my books would would sell for .99 cents (vs. the normal $4.99 price) — I figured – hey, it’s just one day, how could it hurt?

Today (Sunday, may 31st, is the promotion day and I just found out (my wife called me) that my original book – Scrapyard Ship – written over two years ago – is now #1 in three Amazon categories and has reached a ranking of #81 out of ALL amazon ebooks…wow … many thanks Amazon!!!
